He does look like a girl! When I was in third grade and my friend Drama Queen (I didn't know her until I moved and ended up in the same ward as her) was in fifth grade, I sat next to her in choir and I thought she was related to him or something, because she looks exactly like him. So much so, that Tink and I called her Legolas at girl's camp last summer.

I'm reasonably sure that Tolkien intended Legolas Thrandulion of Mirkwood to have the dark hair that is unusual among elves. So, he shouldn't remind me of Lucius Malfoy...
