I am! LOL, I love any parody or "remake" of Twilight. Here's a link to a remake of the trailer, which I found hilarious: HereThe kids who made that make a lot of other cool, hilarious spoofs of other movies, too./random Anyway, it's refreshing to be on this site, where many people are anti-Twilight. I actually tolerated Twilight, but New Moon? No. Eclipse? Awful. Breaking Dawn? *barf* I tolerated being in Jacob's POV, though.

*revives old thread*
Remember my analysis of the covers? Well, SMeyer finally added a meaning for the Breaking Dawn cover! Now I get to snark it as well!
Breaking Dawn's cover is a metaphor for Bella's progression throughout the entire saga. She began as the weakest (at least physically, when compared to vampires and werewolves) player on the board: the pawn. She ended as the strongest: the queen. In the end, it's Bella that brings about the win for the Cullens.
Three words: Epic fail, SMeyer. A dark pawn cannot promote to a light queen! *headdesk* And pawns are pretty friggin' epic sometimes. A passer on the sixth rank is a lot more potent than most things, especially in the endgame, which is quite obviously the position shown. Also, if white's up a queen, then they'll want to friggin' annihilate any passers that black has. Not only that, but where's the king? I can understand white's king not being in sight, but black's king should be trying to protect the passed pawn! Actually, white's king should be around, too, because not only should white be after that pawn, but the entire point of the game is to checkmate the enemy's king, so what the heck is going on here? And, newsflash to SMeyer: you don't need a queen to win. You can checkmate with two bishops, or a knight and a bishop, or a rook and a king or two rooks! Heck, even a king and a pawn if you get lucky. So, if white's up a queen, what the frick is he doing not taking the free passed pawn?
If SMeyer ever comes to my high school, she'd better watch out.
