I've got a lovely bunch of coconuts; there they are all standing in a line; big ones, small ones, some as big as your head!

I have the lyrics to the whole song; and I shall type them, but only to the point where I don't know how the tune goes. Okay, here I go:
Down at an english fair, one evening I was there, when I heard a showman shouting underneath the flare: Hoi've got a lovely bunch of coconuts, there they are a standin' in a row, big ones, small ones, some as big as yer 'ead! Give 'em a twist, a flick o' the wrist, that's what the showman said!
you can hear part of the song on "The Lion King"

Well, the next part of the song is my favourite:
Hoi've got a lovely bunch of coconuts Every ball you throw will make me rich There stands me wife The idol of me life Singin' roll-a-bowl-a-ball, a penny a pitch. Singin' roll-a-bowl-a-ball a penny a PIIIITCH Singin' roll-a-bowl-a-ball a penny a pitch. Roll-a-bowl-a-BALL-A A-roll-a-bowl-a-BALL-A Singin' roll-a-bowl-a-ball a penny a pitch!
I played Miss Wellington (old, drunk, washed-up, pervy, and crude ex-actress) in the play "You Can't Take It With You" at my school earlier this year, and I had to stagger drunkenly across the room molesting people and singing that song.

If you watch the Lion King in Icelandic, what they sing instead of "I've Got A Lovely Bunch of Coconuts" translates to mean: "Now I own many great potatoes! They taste best boiled in a pot! Red! White! Some as big as head!" It's pretty awesome.
In German, it's awesome because Zazu starts off singing "Nobody knows the trouble I've seen," in ENGLISH, in a terrible accent. Then all of a sudden, he goes into "Dieses Welt ist klein, so klein" (it's a small world after all) in GERMAN. Then, instead of the coconut song, he launches into... "Sur le pont Avignon..." yes, you guessed it. He starts singing in FRENCH. Those wily trilingual Germans! And Scar's doing his little "bom bom bom" number in the background... I strongly encourage y'all to watch German Lion King clips on youtube. The German version is awesome.

I totally have to check that out. I'm going to watch Lion King tomorrow. I can't tonight, because I have to hit people with--I mean practice my clarinet, and watch Lost and Survivor.
